If you are unhappy with our product, for any reason, we will provide you with a replacement product or refund for the purchase cost upon return. We do our very best to protect our premium ketchups in their bottles while in transit but sometimes damages can occur. Please email us (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) with a picture of your damaged shipment along with your order number. We will arrange for a replacement of the item(s) to be sent to you immediately.
Return/Refunds: In-Store at Your Local Retailer
If you purchased a product from us at your local retailer and you are not fully satisfied, please return your product directly to the store that it was purchased from. Despite not being able to physically accept the return, or issue a refund, we would still like to know if you have experienced an issue with one of our products. In the event that it is a quality issue, please be prepared to provide us with the lot code and expiration date that is laser printed on the neck of the product.
